Duo Kaos

Duo Kaos is an Italo-Guatemalan contemporary circus company founded in 2009 by Giulia Arcangeli and Luis Paredes, multifaceted artists based in the Marche region, Italy. The company blends circus techniques, choreographic research, and symbolic elements in an evocative poetic style that balances tradition with experimentation. Their creations feature visionary landscapes where both bodies and objects play leading roles in imaginative journeys that allow the audience to get lost.

In addition to their personal work, Duo Kaos collaborates with various contemporary circus companies in national and international productions. Since 2016, the company has gained international acclaim with their show Time to Loop, which has over 300 performances and has been featured in festivals worldwide, including Le Channel (France), The Waves Festival (Denmark), SON – International Arts Festival (Costa Rica), FIC – International Cervantino Festival (Mexico), Humor Notes (France), SkyaLST (Belgium), Escher Street Festival (Luxembourg), and others in Germany, the Netherlands, and Romania.
