In 2003, the MEDEF decided to review the regime of intermittent workers in the entertainment industry. Several theater companies revised their budgets, some disappeared, and many intermittent workers lost their status.
It is in this somewhat gloomy atmosphere that the company "Une de Plus" was born. "Une de Plus" just to say that diversity is necessary, that the single thought can make devastations.
