Synopsis
“Desafios” (Challenges) is a project of crossing the new circus with the theater, with a strong scenographic component, developing a common narrative in which the two creative worlds intersect, provoke and develop.
“Desafios” is the confrontation between the physical and the ethereal, between knowing and discovering, between moving and standing still… A constant challenge to analyze existence in the light of a different daily life, in which the world is divided between who risks and who stands, among those who accept the challenges and those who, for fear, continue to tread the ground, afraid and insecure.
“Desafios” recreates the daily life of communities, of our communities, of living within a country, of the world, but living a social and mundane smallness, castrating the universalistic and free joy of life that it foresaw during the April Revolution.
“Desafios” (Challenges) was created in partnership with JOÃO PAULO SANTOS (C.IA ÚLTIMO MOMENTO).
