Gero Domínguez & cia

In 2011, flamenco dancer and choreographer Gero Domínguez (trained at the Professional Conservatory of Dancing in Seville) creates his own dance company. Since then, he has set up shows such as "FundaMetalmente Flamenco", "Carbón Punta y Tacón", "Vanguardias y Retaguardias", "#ExperimentoNº1", "Estrambótico" or "El Afilaó". All of them have dragged him around festivals around all of Spain. His leitmotiv is to let the body express itself freely without any reservations or structures that might restrict movement, in other words, exploring flamenco without prejudice and through a contemporary perspective. Even though he does not like labels, his dancing is in continuous and unstoppable evolution.
